"Are you pet friendly?"

Yes, you can bring your pets.

"Do you offer time-flexible contracts?"

Absolutely. That's the whole point and ethos of our company. Do you need to stay 2 months? 3? 12? We got you covered.

"Will I have to get insurance for it?"

No. That's another perk we have over normal renting. With us, you won't need to pay hundreds if not thousands on insurance.

"Will I have to worry about maintanence and repairs?"

Nope. We have a very good maintenance team which will periodically check up on everything to make sure everything is working order. And if something breaks, we fix it.

"Do I have to bring my own furniture?"

Nope. All of our properties come fully furnished.

"Can I extend my contract if necessary?"

Of course.

"Will the property come with working utilities (gas, internet, electric, etc)?

Yes. And the best part is, you don't have to pay a cent for it. It's all included in the package.
